And when you upgrade with EES this June, we'll make the process even easier by removing your old system at no extra cost. No need to coordinate multiple trades or worry about what to do with your outdated unit, we’ll take care of everything from start to finish. Promotion terms and conditions
- The promotion commences on Sunday 1st June 2025 and ends Monday 30th June 2025.
- Eligible to any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with EES for a Haier Hot Water Heat Pump (HWHP) and pays a deposit by midnight Monday 30th June 2025. Each qualifying HWHP system purchased by a domestic household qualifies for a Free decommission of the current old water heater.
- All qualifying Haier HWHP sales must be purchased at full RRP to be eligible for the FREE decommissioning of the current water heater.
- The decommissioning of the current water heater cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other item, nor can this promotion be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

- ^Standard Monoblock installation includes:
- Easy Access to the new Hot water Heat Pump location
- Isolate existing power supply and make it safe
- Run new pipework from existing Hot water unit to new Hot water heat Pump location up to 5m
- Install New safety valve pack and plumbing fittings.
- Supply of 3 x stainless steel seismic restraints.
- Run condensate &/or relief drain to the suitable location
- A dedicated Electrical circuit for the new Hot Water Heat Pump cylinder up to 15m
- Issuing a Code of Compliance certificate for Electrical work.
- Testing and Commissioning of New Hot Water Heat Pump.
- The installation of the outdoor unit must be on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
- Rubbish Removal
- ^Standard Split System installation includes:
- Easy Access to the new Hot water Heat Pump location.
- Isolate existing power supply and make it safe.
- Run new pipework from existing Hot water unit to new Hot water heat Pump location up to 5m
- Install new safety valve pack and plumbing fittings.

- Standard Decommission of a Hot Water Cylinder includes:
- Isolate existing power supply and make safe.
- Isolate existing water supply and make safe.
- Drain old cylinder.
- Cap/move the existing pipework.
- Remove the existing Cylinder (unless it causes damage to the building).
- A Standard Decommission of Infinity Gas includes:
- Isolate existing power supply and make safe.
- Isolate existing gas supply and make safe.
- Capping the gas pipe on outside of building.
- Complete gas test to ensure no leaks.
- Remove old gas heater.
- The discount does not apply to any 3rd party works required as part of the installation eg Scaffolding, builders work, travel charges, etc.
- Additional installation charges may apply for extra install work by EES (e.g. decommissioning, extra electrical work, pre-pipe & fit-offs). We will always agree the costs upfront with you.
- Excludes commercial installations or new homes under construction.
- Discount cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash or any other items.
- No further product discounting is permitted on this special pricing.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
