Promotion terms and conditions
Terms and conditions:
- The Haier promotion commences on Sunday 1st June 2025 and ends Monday 30th June 2025.
- Any domestic household that completes a sales agreement with EES for a Haier ducted heat pump system, and pays a deposit by midnight Monday 30th June 2025, is eligible for the
cashback. - All Haier ducted heat pump system sales must be at full RRP to be eligible for the $1,000 cash back.
- All qualifying claims must be received by 31st December 2025.
- Once installation is complete and the invoice is fully paid, send proof of payment, invoice, and bank account details to cashbackclaims@ees.co.nz.
- EES will accept one of the following as proof of bank account:
- A copy of deposit slip which includes the full bank account number (bank, branch, account number and suffix) and the account holder’s name.
- A screen shot of your internet banking which includes full bank account and account holder’s name.
- A letter from the bank or a bank statement which includes the full bank account number and the account holder’s name.

- A standard Haier ducted ceiling installation includes:
- Installation of the indoor and outdoor units.
- 1x standard wall controller.
- 1x hinge filter return air grille.
- Maximum copper length 15m.
- Maximum trunking 5m.
- Penetrations through a timber wall.
- Maximum 15m electrical cabling.
- Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
- Compact outdoor units only.
- A standard ceiling installation with 200mm circular diffusers (AD71LP: 4 diffusers, AD100HSC: 6 diffusers, AD125HSC: 7 diffusers, AD125HS: 7 diffusers, AD140HS: 10 diffusers, AD160HS: 12 diffusers).
- Additional installation charges may apply for extra install work by EES (e.g. decommissioning, extra electrical work, extra copper, underfloor installs, pre-pipe & fit-offs). We will always agree with the costs upfront with you.
