Promotion terms and conditions

• The offer is valid from Monday 1st April to Saturday 31st
• August 2024.
• The offer is we’ll beat any competitor’s same sized, make and model heat pump/air conditioning system price by 5%, known as our “price promise”. This discount is inclusive of GST.
• You must present proof of competitor pricing (e.g., mailer, quote, website listing) to EES for verification and ensure all terms and conditions are satisfied as outlined below. The competitor’s pricing must be current / valid and available at the date of presentation to EES.
• The competitor’s quote / deal must identify the make, model and sized heat pump.
•  The price must include a standard installation* and GST.
• Price promise does not apply to:
  • any product(s) redeemed from EES in (or in partial) satisfaction of an insurance claim or third-party redemption scheme,
  • any finance products offered by the business – as a form of payment,
  •  any services products or service offered by the business,
  • EECA WKH quotes, or other 3rd party funded programs,
  • homes under construction,
  • commercial, wholesale or business customers or deals.
• This offer applies only to regular, in-stock products offered for sale from a New Zealand heat pump provider.
• Excludes trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial quantities and parallel imported products.
• The price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any other EES promotion, bonus product or discount.
• The price promise is only available to residential purchases.
• Price promise applies where the other provider’s final price, inclusive of delivery, taxes, fees, installation, and charges, is lower than our price.
• *A standard installation means either:
  • A standard High Wall “back-to-back” installation which includes:
  • Install of the indoor and outdoor units on opposite sides of an external wall
  • Maximum pipe length of 5m
  • Maximum trunking of 3m
  • Penetrations through a timber wall
  • Maximum 10m wiring & conduit
  • RCBO protection on all systems
  • New dedicated back to board circuit on all systems of 5kW.
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area.
• A standard Ducted installation which includes:
  • A standard ceiling installation with standard circular diffusers (6.0kW – 4 diffusers, 7.1kW – 5 diffusers, 10.0kW – 6 diffusers, 12.5kW – 7 diffusers, 14.0kW – 10 diffusers), additional diffusers will be charged
  •  Install of a ducted head and outdoor unit
  •  1x standard wall controller
  •  1x hinge filter return air grill
  •  Maximum pipe length 15m
  •  Maximum trunking 5m
  •  Penetrations through a timber wall
  •  Maximum 12m wiring & conduit
  • Installation of the outdoor unit on a suitably flat, level, and clear area
  • Compact Outdoor units only
• Excludes 3rd party work or equipment required to complete the installation, e.g. Height access equipment hire (scaffolding, cranes, cherry pickers), Health & Safety equipment hire, Building works
• (roof or ceiling strengthening, building access hatches, etc).
• Additional changes will apply for extra install work. We will always agree the costs upfront with you.
• Pre-pipe & fit off installations will incur addition charges.
• EES reserves the right to verify the evidence of the same sized, make and model heat pump including installation sold at a lower price.
• If your claim qualifies for the price promise, EES will beat the competitor price by 5% inclusive of GST for the same sized, make and model of heat pump. If the competitor’s quote is for a brand of heat pump EES does not sell, then EES may either choose to offer the price promise with a quote of a make or model of their choice or reserve the right not to offer the price promise.
• The price promise or this promotion may be terminated or amended at any time without notice and is subject to EES usual terms and conditions of trade.
• Price promise cannot be used in conjunction with membership pricing or Partnership programs e.g. (Supergold card, BYOD, Farmlands, CSC Buying Group, NZ Police).
• EES is the promoter of this promotion.
