Your deposit must be paid in full by 11.59pm on 30th April 2022. 

All redemptions must be received before 11.59pm on 31st July 2022. Redemptions received after this date will NOT be eligible for entry (there will be no exceptions made in this regard).

Cashbacks will be paid via Direct Credit to the nominated Bank Account.

EES will accept one of the following as proof of bank account:

  • A copy of deposit slip which includes the full bank account number (bank, brunch, account number and suffix) and the account holder’s name;
  • A screen shot which includes full bank account number and account holder’s name;
  • A letter from the bank or a bank statement which includes the full bank account number and the account holder’s name.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please ensure you have filled out all the information correctly before you submit your redemption. Entering incorrect details could lead to a delay in receiving you cashback. EES accepts no responsibility for the loss of any payment due to incorrect details being entered.

Once we have received your details and validated that you are entitled to the cashback, we will make payment into your bank account within three weeks.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Promotional Period

  1. The promotion commences on 1st February 2022 ends on 30th April 2022. Only purchases made within the promotional dates are valid for entry.

Promotional Offer

  1. Purchase selected Panasonic Air Conditioner (heat pump) listed below in Claus 11 plus installation from EES during the Promotional Period and correctly fill in the redemption form to receive a Cashback via redemption. Cash back is only available for the end-user and will not be paid to those wholesaling or on-selling the product.

    Please note: Cashbacks are only valid if the Promotional Product has been paid in full by the end of the Promotional Period and a receipt showing payment in full is provided. The customer agrees if they have obtained the cashback, and then decide to return any qualifying promotional product(s) to the participating Authorised Retailer, they will also return the cashback to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of all redemptions (including checking if goods have been returned to the participating Authorised Retailer) and to disqualify any person who submits a claim that does not meet the Terms & Conditions or returns a product to the retailer. ("Promotional Offer")

  2. This “Promotional Offer” cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer.
  3. The "Promotional Offer" cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative gift.
  4. To be eligible for the promotional offer, individuals must have purchased an eligible Panasonic Air Conditioner (heat pump) from EES during the promotional period and paid their deposit by 11.59pm on 30th April 2022. No air conditioners purchased on lay-by or on hold will be eligible. The air conditioner plus installation must be paid for in full or on terms with an approved finance company to qualify for the promotional offer. Receipts of deposit payments will not be valid.
  5. If the air conditioner purchased is returned for a refund or replaced with an air conditioner which is not eligible for this promotion, the entry is void.
  6. This promotion is available for end user installations only and therefore a limit of 2 eligible highwall/floor unit per installation address can be claimed for cashback.
  7. All details on the entry form must be complete and valid. Photo or scan of the receipt must be clear and readable to the Promoter or the entry will be deemed void.

Promotional Gift(s)

  1. Cashbacks will be in the form of a Direct Credit to the Nominated Bank Account on the Redemption Form/Online. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Bank Account details. EES accepts no responsibility for a lost payment if incorrect Bank Account Details have been provided.

Promotional Product

  1. To be eligible to redeem the "Promotional Offer" individuals must purchase and install a selected Panasonic Air Conditioner (heat pump) from EES during the Promotional Period ("Promotional Product"). Below are the participating models and corresponding cashback amounts.

  1. This promotion can be entered online ONLY.
  2. All redemptions must be received before 11.59pm on 31st July 2022. Redemptions received after this date will NOT be eligible for entry (there will be no exceptions made in this regard).

  4. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete the redemption form online. EES takes no responsibility for late or incorrect entries or for technical difficulties online.

Promotional Offer Fulfilment

  1. If your redemption meets all of the Terms & Conditions and your Bank Account Details are correct you should receive the “Promotional Offer” within 3 weeks. If you have not received it within this time please email marketing@eesnz.co.nz with your details.

Eligibility

  1. Cristal Air International Ltd trading as HRV, EES and Vector Ltd staff, contractors and their family members are not eligible to enter.

  1. Your information may be disclosed to Cristal Air International Ltd and its related companies in connection with the purpose set out in this clause. Your personal information will be collected and held by Cristal Air International Ltd at the following address: 45 O’rorke Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061. You are entitled to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request that we amend it if it is incorrect.

Liability

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, EES (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a gift.

Alter/Conclude

  1. EES reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, EES has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of HRV is final.
